The House

The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two king-single beds. There is also a portable cot and an inflatable mattress. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels.

High Season (December to April) -- $200 per day or $1200 per week
Low Season (May to November) -- $160 per day or $1000 per week.
